Returns and Refunds
If a piece of equipment is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
What we can accept
- Items in resaleable condition, with their original packaging and any included hardware.
- Bars, plates and bells that have not been loaded, dropped or used on a platform.
What we cannot accept
- Equipment assembled into a permanent installation, drilled or bolted down.
- Flooring that has been cut or trimmed to fit.
- Racks and benches returned without their original packaging, where that packaging is structural to safe transit.
How a return works
- Start the return through our contact form and quote your order number.
- We reply with a return authorisation and the correct return address.
- Send the item back, or for freight items we arrange collection.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
If the return is down to our error — wrong item, damaged on arrival, a fault — we cover return shipping. If it is a change of mind, return shipping is yours, and freight collection on a rack or a pallet is charged at cost.
Faults
Frames and structural welds carry a manufacturer warranty. If something fails in normal use, send us your order number and photographs and we will put it right.
