Shipping

Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday. Anything placed before 1pm Central on a business day is dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day.

Delivery

Standard ground — 3 to 6 business days once dispatched.
Free ground shipping on orders over $99.
Freight items — racks, rigs and flooring pallets ship by freight carrier. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window. Kerbside delivery is standard, and someone needs to be there to receive and sign for the pallet.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued when the label is created. Freight shipments are tracked on the carrier’s pro number, issued when the pallet is collected.

Damage in transit

Inspect freight before you sign for it. If a pallet arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and tell us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier. Photographs of both the packaging and the product help considerably.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery.
